Impactful Partnership in Italy

Launched an experiential consulting engagement with NonnaLive, an Italy-based culinary startup founded in Palombara Sabina that connects global audiences with traditional Italian cooking through grandmother-led experiences and produces premium extra virgin olive oil ("Nonna's Gold").

Working closely with the founding team, MBA students conducted market research, analyzed customer segments, and assessed expansion opportunities for the Olive Oil in both domestic and international markets. The students developed recommendations around brand storytelling, digital strategy, and revenue model optimization, while remaining sensitive to the company’s cultural roots and community-centered mission.

This partnership was highlighted in the Poets & Quants 2025 Best in Class Experiential Learning award for NYU Stern.
